Great bagels and very busy on the weekends for breakfast, but they get you in and out!

This is our neighborhood deli. Have been coming here for years. Allan, the owner and his staff always makes us feel at home. Food is great, so is their service... and priced well!Bagels are to die for!! They make the best pancakes ever!

Hmmmmm, must be new bfast chef. Yesterday (Sun) our eggs were runny with lots of gooey whites all through, had to send back, 2nd time same thing. New servers are great, where did everyone go?? Quite a hike for us, not sure we will be returning anytime soon, plenty of other bfast places in Plantation.

Great bagels, nice breakfasts. Some of the waitresses are fantastic. However, stopped frequenting the restaurant because of the service. There are 1 or 2 waitress that have been working there for years, and never give my table adequate service. Very unattentive.

Great bagels, cream cheese, eggs and breakfast fare. Not enough to degrade the review as I did not ask... the cheese they add to your eggs is a Kraft Single. Overall very nice.

First time eating here.. I must say the Bagels and service was exceptional. But seriously, best ET bagel I have had in a long time!! And the Nova spread was even incredible. I will be back!! Highly recommended!

Horrible experience!!! Customer service horrible!!! You order food and they put wrong items or the whole item missing! Then you call and they have a attitude for you correcting them 🤬

Went in for a quick breakfast this am..... immediate recognition, seated immediately, offered coffeeordered the American Breakfast, fresh bagel, scrambled eggs (perfect) sausage good, bacon needs to bethicker! Enjoyable!

As a New Yorker, I believe I have high standards for my bagels. This place exceeds my expectations! We have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed and since the new owners have taken over things have been even better (great customer service). I highly recommend Broadway Bagels!

Best place for breakfast in Plantation.

I would like to give this place more stars but I guess they need a system where you can write your order so they don't mess it up. This is the 3rd week in a row that I have ordered the same thing and they forget either one thing or the most important part of a bagel... the cream cheese. My order is 4 everything bagels 2 plain lightly toasted with cream cheese and some cream cheese on the side.... yet this is a little to difficult.. Please update your system or your human system.

The best bagels in all of Broward County....these bagels are huge..always fresh and so darn tasty...The new owners are so nice and my hat off to the bagel maker...I drive 10 miles every week to stock up...everyone in my family is addictef..so glad I found a bagel place that brings me back to the good old days in Brooklyn.new york

The original Broadway had the best bagels breakfast and the staff was always very polite

Just ordered breakfast from this place for the first time and it was really good (delivery). I got the Greek omelette with a bagel and potatoes. Also ordered the French toast to try. It was all delicious and the portions were much larger than I expected. I love that they offer delivery since not many places in my area do, other than pizza. The bagel was pretty big and you could tell they are made in house. The only negative comment I have is that they did not bring cream cheese for the bagel and you cannot leave special instructions for your online order.

I ordered from here off of door dash and even though there was an item missing from the driver the owner from here drove over personally to bring me the items and more thank you so very much I really appreciate it !

I've been here about 8 times and the food is pretty good. My most recent time was the worst experience I've had here.The young lady with green highlights was ETREMEMLY rude upon telling her my order was wrong. Mistakes happen I get it no ones perfect. What I wont accept is your sorry excuse of an attitude because YOU screwed up. Needless to say due to this young ladies attitude I will not be back to this establishment.

We used to love getting our breakfast here. And then we went in to order breakfast for the family to go this morning (July 7 around 8 am). The woman who took my boyfriends order (and her coworker) were beyond rude when he began his order - half a dozen bagels; 2 sesame, 2 everything, and 2 onion. Her coworker chimed in with a completely unnecessary comment: “WE CANT REMEMBER ALL THAT”. As if he had ordered 15 different meals and how dare he think she could remember THREE different bagels. Write it down if you can’t remember. Their lack of customer service was mind blowing. Following that extremely unprofessional and insulting comment, she said “this isn’t Dunkin’ Donuts.” Nice. I NEVER leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievable I couldn’t let it slide. I work in a restaurant and I would be horrified if I heard an employee speak to a customer like that.

I have been going here for many years being a Plantation resident and it is close by. Over the years, the prices have gone up and now I would not consider it to be a great value like it used to be. The menu is still very good and the food tastes fresh but the restaurant is not very clean and the servers are mediocre at best. The owner still seems to hang out at a table in the back but he should care more about his restaurant and either keep it clean or find someone who will. My last visit I was swatting away a big fly while eating my lunch. Yeah, the food smelled good but I wasn't looking to share.

Food was good, service was a little slow, not terrible, just not as attentive as I would have liked.

The first time I came here, it was amazing. Cute little diner feel with good food. However, it's unfortunate that I feel their service has declined in the last year. The last visit, I had hair in my food and in my mom's as well. The place seems as if it has gone down hill in general. It was super hot inside and I was very uncomfortable. I can't say I'd recommend this place anymore.

So good and so friendly. Not just to us but definitely noticed wonderful hospitality throughout the whole store. They have something for everyone, not just bagels. Highly recommend.

This place is so Delicous! We found it by accident and it was so worth it! I have gone back three times already! Everything is good and the portions are big. Food is priced well and the service is polite and quick. The resturant is cozy and kept clean. If ever in plantation check this place out!

Amazing!! We catered with Brodway Bagels today and I cant say enough! The presentation was beautiful, and I the homemade bagels were out of this world (and im from New York so I KNOW good bagels). Thank you so much!! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Delicious food, friendly staff. Slow service. It took us almost an hour to get french toast, a bagel sandwich and a Reuben. Also very disorganized and crowded. The coffee was not good.

Best bagels around. We drive up from Kendall to Plantation to have breakfast and purchase bagels. We miss having them in Kendall.

new owners, they say everything is gonna stay the same but that usually never happens, not even 2 months later and they changed the potatoe latkes, change then back to original recipe please
